Practice makes for lasting wellness. When learning the piano, you don't get taught one song for an hour and move on, you continue to practice the same song until it becomes second nature.
To live fully and to live mindfully is an immersive experience. Committing to a course, a day retreat or a weekend of practice is the start of a beautiful journey.
